Returns

You can return anything within 30 days of delivery, unless the product page says otherwise. Start a return from your account, choose the items and the reason, and follow the instructions for the boutique: by post with a label, or in store.

Refunds

Once the boutique receives and checks your return, we refund you to your original payment method or to your OOSH wallet, whichever you chose. Card refunds take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
